Home: your overview of the day
When you sign in, "Home" is the first screen you see. Along the top runs a strip of four figures — Active Links, Submissions (30d), Completion and Arrivals today — and every one of them is a shortcut: click any figure to jump to the section behind it.
If your account is still being set up, you will also see the "Getting started" card with three tasks: set up your accommodation, create and send your first link, and get your first traveller report accepted. They tick themselves off as you complete them, and the card disappears as soon as all three are done — it is not a list you have to keep on top of.
Below it, "Quick actions" takes you straight to creating a link, to your submissions, to Analytics or to your team; and the last table, "Check-ins by arrival", previews the check-ins coming up without you having to open the submissions list at all. Analytics also has its own entry in the sidebar, "Analytics": how your check-ins evolve over the period you choose (7 days to 1 year), by property and by source, alongside your completion rate.

Links
"Links" gathers every check-in link for your properties — the ones a connected PMS creates automatically and the ones you create by hand with "Create manual link". Each one shows its status: "Pending", "Completed", "Expired" or "Deactivated".
It is also where you lower the number of guests on a booking when fewer people turn up than expected: open "Adjust number of guests" on the link card itself.

How to fill the form in step by step — property, dates, guests, booking source — is covered by the "Create and send a check-in link" manual.
Submissions: where your guests' check-ins land
As soon as a guest opens their link and starts filling the check-in in, a row appears in "Check-in Submissions" — reachable from "Quick actions" on Home, or from the "View all" link on the check-ins table. Each row shows the property, the guest, the dates and the progress: whether the guest has yet to finish, or how far their filing with the Ministry has got.
This is where you check whether a check-in needs something from you — a guest who never completes their details, a filing the Ministry has rejected — and where you can step in yourself when it does. And if what you need is the guest entry record (the "parte") for a booking as a PDF, or an export of the full registry as CSV or Excel, you will find it under "Documents", in the sidebar.

The "How a check-in works, from start to finish" manual covers this section in detail: what each status means and what you can do at each one.
Calendar: bookings to confirm
This screen has no icon of its own in the sidebar — it opens from the "Bookings to confirm" notice that appears on Home the moment you have entries waiting on you, and it only exists once you have connected a property's calendar to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.
There you decide, entry by entry, whether it is a real booking or a block of your own, and — when the calendar does not say — how many guests are staying.
The "Calendar sync (iCal)" manual explains how to connect a calendar and how this screen works, step by step.
Reports
"Reports" produces weekly and monthly summaries of the state of your SES filings, the check-in activity across your properties and anything that needs correcting — so you never have to go through submission by submission to know where your compliance stands.

Only the account owner and managers with access to every property can see it; staff, and managers whose access is limited to certain properties, do not have this section in their menu.
Smart Locks
Today this section is not self-service: you will see an "Available on request" screen rather than a list of locks. The reason is that the access flow — who issues the code, when it goes out, what happens if the guest extends their stay — is different at every property, so for now it is set up hand in hand with our team instead of being offered as a feature you switch on by yourself.
If you are interested, that same screen has a button to get in touch with us and start the setup.

Team and billing
"Team" is visible to the account owner only: that is where you invite managers and staff, and decide what each of them can do.
Billing has no section of its own in the menu — it lives inside "Settings", on the "Billing" tab: there you check your plan, switch tariff, and manage payment or cancellation.

The "Invite and manage your team" and "Billing and subscription" manuals cover each of the two in detail.
Your account settings
They open from the gear icon next to your name, at the bottom of the sidebar. As the account owner you will find seven tabs: "Profile" (your contact details), "Security" (password, two-step verification and open sessions), "Notifications" (which emails and alerts you receive), "API & Integrations", "Team & Roles" (a shortcut to the Team page), "Billing", and "Data & Privacy" (export or delete your account data). If you sign in as a manager or as staff, you will only see the first three: "Profile", "Security" and "Notifications".

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to visit every section?+
No. Most accounts spend nearly all their time in Home, Links and Submissions. Reports, Smart Locks and Team are there for when you need them — there is no need to check them daily.
What is the difference between a property and a company?+
A property is your accommodation: it is what produces traveller reports and check-in links. A company is simply a way of grouping several properties under one umbrella — meant for anyone running more than one accommodation, or more than one client. With a single accommodation you will never see the word "company": BookCheckin does not ask you to create one, and your property appears straight away on Home.
Where do I see what a guest has submitted?+
In "Check-in Submissions". You will find their row there with the progress of the check-in; open it to see the full details of every guest and, once it has been filed, the Ministry's response.
