You create and send the check-in link
Generate a check-in link for each reservation — by hand, or automatically when the booking arrives from your PMS or channel — and the guest receives it by email or WhatsApp before arrival.
The guest checks in and scans their document
From their phone, the guest fills in their details and photographs their passport, DNI, or NIE. AI extracts the fields, validates the MRZ and check digits, and the guest just reviews and signs. We do not store the document images.
We file the traveller report with SES Hospedajes
As soon as check-in is complete, BookCheckin reports the data to SES Hospedajes, the national Ministry of the Interior system, within the 24-hour window required by Royal Decree 933/2021 — with the Ministry acknowledgment on record. No spreadsheets, no manual entry.
