How BookCheckin works with Airbnb
BookCheckin does not connect directly to Airbnb — there is no official integration with its API. Your Airbnb reservations arrive in one of two ways: through your PMS — Amenitiz, Cloudbeds or Hostaway, which have native integrations and sync whichever channels you have connected — or by creating the check-in link yourself from the dashboard in seconds and sending it via Airbnb chat.
From there everything is automatic: the guest registers their data, scans their document, and signs before arrival. BookCheckin files the traveller report with SES Hospedajes and, if you want, issues a virtual key for self-entry.

Does BookCheckin have a direct Airbnb integration?+
No. There is currently no direct connection to the Airbnb API. BookCheckin has native integrations with the Amenitiz, Cloudbeds and Hostaway PMSs: if your PMS has Airbnb connected, those reservations flow into BookCheckin on their own. Without a PMS, you create the check-in link manually in seconds.
Does it work for individual Airbnb hosts?+
Yes. BookCheckin works from a single property. If you do not use a PMS, you create the check-in link for each reservation from the dashboard and send it to the guest via Airbnb chat, email or WhatsApp.
Can I hand over the key automatically?+
Yes. With the Business plan, BookCheckin generates a virtual key and sends it to the guest once check-in is complete.
Does Airbnb meet Spanish guest-registration rules?+
Airbnb alone does not file the traveller report. That obligation is yours as the host, and BookCheckin handles the legal filing with SES Hospedajes for you.
