Full keyboard accessibility with visible focus indicators. Tab through all interactive elements.

Screen Reader Support

ARIA labels and semantic HTML for screen reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).

Color Contrast

Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA standards (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).

Focus Management

Clear focus indicators and logical focus order throughout the application.

Form Accessibility

All form fields have associated labels, error messages, and helpful descriptions.

Responsive Design

Works on all device sizes. We are progressively enlarging touch targets across the site toward the recommended 44x44 pixels.

Reduced Motion

Respects prefers-reduced-motion preference for animations and transitions.

Language Support

Website in Spanish and English with proper language attributes; the guest check-in form is also available in French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Touch target size

Some links and controls — footer links and inline text links in particular — are still smaller than the recommended 44x44 pixels on small screens.

Solución: All actions are also reachable via keyboard and the main navigation. We are enlarging these targets progressively across the site.

Third-party integrations

Some integrated services (Stripe, Google Auth) may have their own accessibility limitations beyond our control.

Solución: Contact our support team for alternative payment or authentication methods.

PDF exports

Generated PDFs may not be fully accessible depending on content and browser capabilities.

Solución: Request accessible documentation formats through our support team.

Data tables on mobile

Large data tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens.

Solución: Use the search and filter features to reduce table size. Switch to list view if available.
