What happens, step by step
1. Create your account
First name, last name, email and password. That is all. No card is asked for and nothing is charged.
2. Add your property
Register your company and your property. Do it now, or leave it for later from the dashboard.
3. Choose a plan and add your card
This is where your 3 free months begin. A card is required before you can create check-in links, but nothing is charged during the trial.
4. Enter your SES Hospedajes credentials
The ones the Ministry issued when you registered your establishment. Without them no report can be filed.
5. File your first report
You create a link, your guest fills in their details from their phone, and the report goes to SES Hospedajes inside the 24-hour deadline.
Two honest things before you start
- If your property is in Catalonia or the Basque Country we cannot help you today: those regions run their own registries (Mossos d’Esquadra and Ertzaintza) and we do not file to them yet.
- Your establishment must already be registered with SES Hospedajes. If it is not, our guide walks through the whole process.
